Please also include the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please ensure your parcel is sent Recorded Delivery or trackable courier. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse.
